David C. Myers
Born in Stambaugh, Michigan, January 10, 1948; admitted to
Bar, 1977, Michigan. He was admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court
for the Western District of Michigan and the Sixth Circuit Court of
Appeals.
Education:
Michigan State University (B.A., 1970; M.A., 1972); University of Michigan
(J.D., 1977), Phi Betta Kappa.
Member:
Grand Rapids Bar Association; State Bar of Michigan, CLLA. (Resident, Grand
Rapids Office). He practices, Collection Law, Tort Law, Workers
Compensation, Real Estate Law. Dave and his family enjoy skiing, swimming,
boating on the Great Lakes, and golfing. He and his wife, Patty, are also
active in church and community affairs. They have two daughters. He is a
frequent author and lecturer on subjects including lien law and collections
for many organizations including the Institute of Continuing Legal
Education.

David L. Baatenburg
Born January 26, 1954, Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Education:
Calvin College of Grand Rapids, 1977; Drake University Law School, Des
Moines, Iowa (J.D., 1984) with Honors and was Case notes editor Drake Law
Review. Member of Muller law firm since 1988.
Member:
American Bar Association, and Commercial Law League of America. Also member
Grand Rapids Bar Association and State Bar of Michigan. Dave has appeared
as a lecturer for the Michigan Deputy Sheriffs, Court Officers, and Process
Server's Association on the subject of the rights and responsibilites of officers
in serving legal process and collecting judgements. Dave had also been
active in his church and community. He has been treasurer of his local
church and as a member of the Board of Directors of Sunset Association
Retirement Home. David and his wife Rene live in Jenison, Michigan along
with their son Ross and identical twin daughters Lara and Jana. He enjoys
chasing the little white ball in his spare time.

Barbara A. Muller-Wilson
Barbara was born November 22, 1959. She graduated from the
University of Michigan with a B.A. degree, and from Detroit College of Law
with her Juris Doctor Cum Laude in 1988. She is now a member of the State
Bar of Michigan. Barbara and her husband, David, have two daughters,
Elizabeth and Krista.
