John E. Ortoleva, Jr.

Born in New Haven, Conn. in 1967; admitted to the bar in 1993. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and is authorized to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.

Education: John obtained his B.A. degree from Clark University in 1989 and his law degree (J.D.) from the Detroit College of Law.

Member: State Bar of Michigan. During the Winter months, Jonh is an avid downhill skier. In the summertime, he enjoys mountain biking.

John E. Wagner

Born in Wayne, Michigan in 1973; admitted to State Bar of Michigan November 19, 2001.
 Education: Michigan State University and Columbia College (B.A. in Communications, 1996); Wayne State University School of Law (J.D., 2001). While a student at Wayne State, John served indigent clients in the Free Legal Aid Clinic, representing them in legal matters.  He practiced probate, criminal and family law in Southeast Michigan after graduation.  Most recently, John was in solo practice as an attorney in Livonia, Michigan.

Secretary of the Livonia Bar Association.  He is married and has a daughter,

Douglas J. Muller

Born in Detroit, Michigan, June 7, 1963. Attended Walsh College of Accountancy and Business Administration. Doug has been involved with the firm as a Legal Assistant handling commercial collections since 1982. Doug and his family enjoy many types of activities from snow mobiling in the Winter, to swimming, jet-skiing and a broad range of activities in the Summer.

Member: State Bar of Michigan (Member, Sections on: General Practice; Real Estate); Commercial Law League of America. Commercial Law and Secured Lending. Mike was active as a partner in the firm ever since it's begginings. Mike is enjoying his retirment from day to day active duty with the firm, and now has time to pursue a variety of interests from real estate to traveling.
